Williamson Health Foundation

World-class care, close to home, built by
neighbors like you.

For more than 68+ years, Williamson Health has cared for this community. As Williamson County grows, the need grows with it, and your support helps power the future of exceptional care right here at home.

JASON WAHLER TALKS ABOUT GIVING TO THE COMMUNITY

Why Now

A community growing this fast deserves care that grows with it.

Every year, thousands more families choose Williamson County. They arrive expecting the best, and they deserve to find it minutes from home.

Williamson Health exists so no one here ever has to choose between advanced medicine and staying close to the people they love.

Powered by this community

Many of the advancements made here are possible because of the people we serve.

As an independent, nonprofit health system, Williamson Health reinvests everything back into the county, sustaining the system's award-winning EMS, growing facilities, and bringing new technology and specialties closer to home. When you give, you strengthen the care your own neighbors depend on.

The story so far

We've built something remarkable. We're not finished.

Made possible by generosity

  • The Boyer-Bryan West Tower: three new patient floors and a six-story north wing, with a 35-bed ICU and 94 private inpatient rooms.

  • A new cardiac center: two catheterization labs, an electrophysiology lab, and dedicated recovery.

  • A relocated NICU: nine private bays in a secure wing, with room for parents to stay close.

  • A renovated, expanded OB unit: built around a family-centered approach.

  • The Turner-Dugas Adult Emergency Department: expanded to 43 beds with a secure flex pod.

The next chapter

One significant need remains.

The main hospital still needs to be renovated to match the new West Tower: larger patient rooms, private patient elevators, and updated medical technology. It's the final chapter of a vision years in the making. And without partners in our community, it can't be finished.
