Williamson Health is operated by its Board of Trustees for the benefit of Williamson County residents. The Williamson Health Board is made up of individuals from the Williamson County community. The Board includes civic leaders, private citizens, government leaders and physicians.
The following individuals comprise the Williamson Health Board of Trustees.

Williamson Health's Board meets at Williamson Medical Center on the fourth Thursday of each month from January-October. The board meeting in November is the third Thursday (due to the Thanksgiving holiday).

Pursuant to Section 3.2 of the Bylaws of the Board of Trustees of Williamson Health public notice is hereby given by the Chairman of the Board of a special called meeting to be held in the West Tower 1, Conference Rooms A and B, 4321 Carothers Parkway, Franklin, Tennessee 37064 on the 6th day of July, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to consider and act upon the strategic planning process. No other business shall be transacted during the sitting of the special-called meeting.
