Williamson Health has more than 30 locations across Williamson County. The flagship hospital, Williamson Medical Center, is located in the heart of Franklin, Tennessee, and primary and specialty care practices are available in Brentwood, Franklin, Thompson’s Station, Spring Hill, Nolensville and more. Our visiting hours are 7 a.m. - 8 p.m., seven days a week, with some exceptions. View all visiting hours here.
To enter the hospital after 8 p.m., all visitors must enter through the Adult Emergency Department entrance, which is located to the left of the hospital’s main entrance.
Patient and Visitor parking is free and available in the multiple surface lots directly across from the main entrances to the hospital and the adjoining medical office building.
Due to potential allergic reactions, latex balloons and flowers with an extremely strong scent are not allowed in patient rooms. (Mylar balloons are allowed.)
Visitors are welcome to dine in Buchanan’s Café, located just inside the hospital’s main entrance.
Patients and family members can find high quality meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner at Buchanan’s Cafe.
The hours are:
BREAKFAST: 6:30 – 10 a.m.
CLOSED: 10 – 11 a.m.
LUNCH: 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
CLOSED: 2 – 3 p.m.
GRILL ONLY: 3 – 4 p.m.
DINNER: 4 – 7:30 p.m.

There is plenty of free parking available at our main campus which includes Williamson Medical Center, Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee, Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital Vanderbilt at Williamson Medical Center, the Turner-Dugas Breast Health Center and more. Beautifully renovated in 2023, the Williamson Medical Center gift shop is a shopping destination for all Williamson County residents and visitors. Located in the main lobby of Williamson Medical Center, the gift shop features stunning newborn gifts and essentials, locally made jewelry, hand-poured candles, Williamson Health apparel and more.
