Observation
(Anyone 16+ years is eligible to apply.)
As a student observer we can offer you a world of possibilities for your observation experience. Our observation program is designed to allow students the opportunity to spend 8 hours in an area that interests them as a potential future career. We allow observations in a variety of settings Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. Students must be 16 years of age or older to observe.

Inside the form you will find a link with the “pass code” to access the required training. Once training is complete, save the certificate with your name on it as a PDF attachment, then upload your certificate into the form. We will not accept pictures or screen shots of the certificate.
When you have completed the form, and submitted, it will be emailed to the Education Department for review. If complete, you will receive an approval with instructions for your observation date. If not complete, you will receive an email with the needed corrections. Once you have made the requested corrections resubmit the form.
Rotations
(Eligible to current healthcare students in Williamson Health affiliated programs.)
Students who attend clinical rotation at Williamson Health are provided the opportunity to learn in a variety of settings with professional well-educated staff and preceptors. Rotations are scheduled through your college or institution program and are designed to prepare you for your future healthcare career.

Click the “Submit” button below that corresponds to your field of study and complete the form that populates on your screen. Please answer all questions and confirm all requirements

If not complete, you will receive an email that will allow you to resubmit the form with the requested corrections.
Students are not allowed to begin their scheduled rotation until an approval has been emailed from the Education Department.
Forms submitted by students who are in a program without a legal agreement between their school and Williamson Health will be denied.
