Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee
High Tech Care. Hometown Touch.
While Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee was formally established in 2018 as part of Williamson Health, the organization's history is one of the richest legacies in Williamson County's healthcare community.
At Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee, we believe all patients deserve to enjoy life despite musculoskeletal issues. Our physicians - led from the start by Dr. Craig Ferrell and the Bone and Joint Clinic - have served Williamson County since 1979, and we are internationally recognized for our orthopaedic excellence. We deliver high-tech care with a hometown touch; and, as a team, we will work together through spine and joint issues, muscle pain, and injuries.
"Bone and Joint Institute is the best medical facility I have been to. The team is friendly and the care from the professionals is top notch. I highly recommend them!"

About Bone and Joint Institute and Williamson Health's Relationship
In 2017, Bone and Joint Institute and then-Williamson Medical Center announced a partnership between the hospital system and the group's orthopaedic specialists. Since, Bone and Joint Institute has grown alongside Williamson Health across the county to provide first-class care to patients in need.
Operating its beautiful state-of-the-art flagship location on the campus of Williamson Health in Franklin, the 121,000-square foot freestanding medical office is designed to accommodate orthopaedic surgery, arthroscopic surgery, sports medicine and spinal surgery. The spaces include six orthopaedic surgery operating rooms and shell space for additional ORs. Other accommodations include outpatient imaging services, physical therapy and occupational therapy, a physiatry suite, physician offices, clinic space and an after-hours injury clinic.
In addition to its Franklin location, Bone and Joint Institute is also proud to provide orthopaedic urgent care and physical therapy services at five locations around Williamson County in Brentwood, Nolensville, Spring Hill, Thompson's Station and West Franklin with plans to continue growth within the county and the Middle Tennessee area to meet the needs of the community.
