Williamson Health Foundation Announces “Thrive: A Journey to Better Living” Women’s Health Panel Series Luncheon

The Williamson Health Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Williamson Health, is proud to announce its upcoming Women’s Health Panel Series Luncheon titled “Thrive: A Journey to Better Living.” This special event is presented by The Jennings Circle, a Williamson Health Foundation program designed to help women embrace their own health through education and empower them to help their families live healthier lives.

“We are thrilled to offer this opportunity for women in our community to connect with respected health experts and gain knowledge that empowers them to lead healthier lives,” said Leigh Williams, executive director of the  Williamson Health Foundation.

The first panel luncheon in the series will take place on Wednesday, June 4, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at The Sapphire Suite, located at 1201 Liberty Pike #229 in Franklin, Tennessee. Attendees will hear from two Williamson Health experts:

  • Lisa Mathews, MS, RDL, LDN, CDCES, Clinical Nutrition Manager
  • Jordan Phillips, M.D., Pulmonologist, Sleep Medicine and Critical Care Physician

These respected guests will discuss key aspects of women’s health specific to their areas of expertise and offer valuable insights and practical tips to help women thrive in their health journeys.

The cost to attend the luncheon is $25 per person and proceeds are directed to the Williamson Health Foundation. For more information and to purchase tickets, click here. Space is limited, and early registration is encouraged.
