Funding Exceptional Care Since 2002

Hospital Expansion Rendering - Williamson Health Foundation

The Williamson Health Foundation exists to support the mission of Williamson Health, a nonprofit health system dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients and families throughout Williamson County. Through philanthropic support, the Foundation helps fund critical projects and initiatives that enhance services, expand access to care, and strengthen the health of our community.

Donations—whether one-time, recurring, or in-kind—are vital to advancing this work. Philanthropic support helps improve facilities, expand programs, and equip caregivers with the resources they need to deliver high-quality care. Foundation-funded initiatives include Operation Pink Chairs for recovering breast cancer patients, athletic training services for Williamson County Schools, major capital projects such as the Boyer-Bryan West Tower, and advanced medical equipment that supports patient care across the system.

It is an honor for our physicians, nurses, and staff to care for their friends and neighbors, and your generosity makes that possible. In addition to giving, community members are invited to support Williamson Health by volunteering—whether greeting patients, assisting in the gift shop, or providing administrative support. Together, we are investing in the health of our community today and for generations to come.
