Childbirth Education Class

Location: Childbirth Education Room, West Tower

This series prepares expectant couples for childbirth. Topics include relaxation and breathing techniques, labor and delivery processes, epidurals, Caesarean sections and postpartum and newborn care. We encourage one birthing partner to attend.

Saturday classes are from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.; Sunday classes are from 1 – 5:30 p.m.
