Location: Childbirth Education Room, West Tower

This series prepares expectant couples for childbirth. Topics include relaxation and breathing techniques, labor and delivery processes, epidurals, Caesarean sections and postpartum and newborn care.

Saturday class is from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.; Sunday class is from 1:00 – 5:30 p.m.

Class fees are donated to the OB/NICU fund of the Williamson Health Foundation in support of their programs.
