Testimonials

When it comes to the patient experience at Williamson Health, no one knows it better than our actual patients. Hear their stories below.

HEAR FROM OUR PATIENTS

At Williamson Health, our story is best told by our patients. They’ve been here. They know us well.

The following patients volunteered to share their stories with us. Nothing was scripted or rehearsed, and they weren’t prompted on what to say or how to say it. We just asked them to tell us their story and had cameras running while they did. These patients received no compensation or discounted services for their stories, and we sincerely thank them for their kind words and their willingness to share their experiences.

Caroline & Luke Bryan's Story

"More For You. Close To Home." capital campaign co-chairs Caroline and Luke Bryan discuss a few emergency room visits the Bryan family have made through the years, as well as the importance of a highly-rated emergency room close to home here in Williamson County.

Mary's Story

Mary found herself unable to breathe well enough to go to the door to pick up her groceries off the porch, but she managed to call 9-1-1. The Williamson Health EMS team was there quickly and went above and beyond to treat her like family – even taking care of her animals and bringing in her groceries. Hear Mary’s Exceptional Care story and why she calls the EMS team her “angels” in this powerful video.

Bob's Story

When Bob had a heart attack in the car, he wasn’t aware then just how serious the condition was. Later he found out the condition has a 50% mortality rate. Williamson Health cardiologist Dr. Keswani provided top-notch care to help Bob get back on his feet (but maybe not back on his motorcycle just yet).

Todd and Megan's Story

Megan was actually a nurse at Williamson Medical Center herself, so she knew she wanted to have her own twins at Williamson. When the time came, she came down with COVID-19 and could not be with her sons in the NICU after they were born. Megan and her husband Todd say that NICU nurse Alicia went above and beyond to serve them during this difficult time. From using her own cell phone to FaceTime Megan to creating a get-well card with the twins’ footprints, Alicia cared for their family as her own.
