Bio

Stacy F. Davis, MD received her undergraduate degree from Stanford University before attending medical school at the University of Minnesota. She returned to Stanford for her Internal Medicine Residency. She completed a general cardiology fellowship at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston followed by as second fellowship at the Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Boston in Cardiomyopathy and Cardiac Transplant. 

She served in a variety of roles from 1996-2004 at Vanderbilt University including Medical Director of Heart Transplant, Medical Director of Mechanical Cardiac Support, Director of the Women’s Heart Program.

She was Director of the St. Thomas Heart midtown Comprehensive Heart Failure Program from 2004-2025 and Co-director of the Collaborative Perinatal Cardiac Center with Dr. Cornelia Graves of Tennessee Maternal Fetal Medicine from 2015-2025.

In 2025, Dr. Davis joined St. Thomas Medical Group where she focuses on non-invasive cardiology, advanced heart failure and cardiac transplant and cardio-obstetrics.
