Mindi Rivas ANP-BC

Mindi Rivas, ANP-BC, is a certified nurse practitioner to Zachary Kalb, D.O. at Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee. Since graduating with a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in 2011, Rivas has been a mainstay in the Middle Tennessee healthcare scene having spent time as a nurse practitioner in Murfreesboro before coming over to The Institute. A 2003 graduate of Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, she also spent time with BYU’s football and softball teams and BYU Idaho’s football and men’s basketball programs as an athletic trainer. Currently a member of the American Nurses Association and the Tennessee Nurses Association, Rivas previously earned clinical experience hours at Williamson Medical Center with the orthopaedic surgery unit and in the emergency room.
