Lynn N. Ellington M.D.

Lynn N. Ellington, M.D. has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology since 1996. She is the founding partner of Williamson Health Women’s Group of Franklin, and is from Middle Tennessee. After graduating from Brentwood High, she went on to receive her undergraduate degree from UT Knoxville in the College Scholars program. She completed her medical school training at Vanderbilt and her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at UK.
 
Dr. Ellington enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs at her log home in rural Williamson County. She loves to shop, enjoy the lake, and travel to Italy, the Caribbean, Florida and Gulf Shores. She is a huge Disney fan and visits Disney World often. Her favorite rides are Cosmic Rewind, Space Mountain, and Avatar Flight of Passage. And, of course, Minnie Mouse is her favorite character.
 
Dr. Ellington is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her practice includes normal and high-risk obstetrics, as well as gynecology including minimally invasive procedures such as laparoscopic hysterectomy

She has a special interest in treating heavy periods and adolescent gynecology.
