Bio
Keith Granger, D.O., is a physiatrist specializing in interventional spine and musculoskeletal medicine who focuses on the non-surgical treatment and management of spine- and joint-related pain. Through advanced technology such as image-guided injections, radiofrequency ablation, and other minimally invasive interventions, he can diagnose and treat spine and musculoskeletal conditions using cutting-edge technology and research. Granger’s non-surgical approach to care is designed to reduce pain and improve function, often serving as an ideal option for patients seeking to delay or avoid surgery and those experiencing ongoing pain despite previous surgeries. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mobile in Alabama and a doctorate in osteopathic medicine from the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine. Granger went on to complete the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency Program at Mercy Hospital before completing a fellowship in interventional spine and musculoskeletal medicine at OSS Health in York, Pennsylvania. In his free time, Granger enjoys golf, softball, and rooting for the Atlanta Braves.
