Keith Granger D.O.

Keith Granger, D.O., is a physiatrist specializing in interventional spine and musculoskeletal medicine who focuses on the non-surgical treatment and management of spine- and joint-related pain. Through advanced technology such as image-guided injections, radiofrequency ablation, and other minimally invasive interventions, he can diagnose and treat spine and musculoskeletal conditions using cutting-edge technology and research. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mobile in Alabama and a doctorate in osteopathic medicine from the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine. Granger went on to complete the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency Program at Mercy Hospital before completing a fellowship in interventional spine and musculoskeletal medicine at OSS Health in York, Pennsylvania. In his free time, Granger enjoys golf, softball, and rooting for the Atlanta Braves.
