As the primary 911 emergency medical provider in Williamson County, Tennessee, Williamson Health EMS employs more than 175 AEMTs, paramedics, critical care paramedics and support personnel and operates 18 advanced life support ambulances at 16 stations located throughout the county. Williamson Health has provided emergency medical services through a comprehensive county EMS systems approach since 1972.
