Williamson Health offers two medical plan options through BlueCross BlueShield, giving employees access to a broad provider network. Employees may save more by choosing Williamson Health providers and facilities for convenient, high-quality care.

Flexible Spending Account

Williamson Health offers Flexible Spending Accounts that allow employees to set aside pre-tax dollars for eligible health care and dependent care expenses. FSAs can help lower taxable income while saving on medical, dental, vision, and qualified child care costs.

This benefit follows Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code and current IRS regulations.

Administered by Optum RX

Employees and eligible dependents enrolled in Williamson Health medical insurance may participate in the Prescription Drug Coverage Plan. The health system shares in the cost of approved medications, with copays based on formulary level.

Prescriptions may be filled at most area retail pharmacies.

The MetLife Vision Plan helps employees access routine eye care and save on exams, eyewear, and other vision services. Regular eye exams can also help detect early signs of certain health conditions.

Voluntary Short-Term Disability
Administered by Lincoln Financial Group

Short-Term Disability provides a cash benefit if you are unable to work for up to 13 weeks due to injury, illness, surgery, or recovery from childbirth.

Long-Term Disability
Administered by Lincoln Financial Group

Long-Term Disability provides a cash benefit if you are unable to work for more than 90 days due to a covered injury, illness, or surgery. Williamson Health provides Long-Term Disability to all full-time employees at no cost.
